With the new greenteQ TB 120.ZD.K door hinge, VBH presents a 3-dimensionally adjustable door hinge for PVC doors with a sash weight up to 120 kg for house doors which are subject to heavy stress and frequent use.
The name TB 120.ZD.K stands for: door hinge - 120 kg - made of zinc diecasting - for PVC doors.
The bands can be used for doors which open inwards or outwards, can be mounted on the left or right, and have a simple stop and easy adjustment.
The greenteQ door hinges are available in white RAL 9016, brown RAL 8019, pearl gold similar, PVD chrome polished, PVD gold polished or silver (RAL 9006).
The constructional moulding in zinc diecasting was designed to ensure maximum strength in the main areas of stress. The door hinge is certified in accordance with EN 1935.
Areas of application: The materials from which the hinges are made are not resistant in the presence of chlorine or saline media such as salt water or the chlorine-containing atmospheres in indoor swimming pools or heavily industrial / polluted areas. Damage can occur in particular with the non-powder-coated colors.
Powder-coated colors include white RAL 9016 and brown RAL 8019. The resistance of hinges with powder coating is higher than that of non-powder-coated ones.
